**We need Urgent required Dispatch Executive.**

**Position: Dispatch Executive**

**Location: Narol, Ahmedabad**

**Reports to: MD**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Dispatch Coordination**

Plan, schedule, and dispatch orders to drivers, couriers, or logistics teams.

Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.

Assign resources based on priority and delivery deadlines.

**2) Real-Time Monitoring**

Track dispatched vehicles or goods using GPS and other monitoring tools.

Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues or delays.

**3) Communication**

Act as a central point of contact between clients, drivers, and internal teams.

Communicate delivery instructions and address customer inquiries.

**4) Problem-Solving**

Manage on-ground challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or delays.

Coordinate with relevant departments to provide solutions quickly.

**5) Documentation and Reporting**

Maintain records of daily dispatch activities, delivery logs, and vehicle reports.

Generate performance and delivery compliance reports.

**6) Compliance and Safety**

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations.

Verify proper handling and transport of goods to avoid damages.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Education: Bachelor's degree**

**Experience: 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.**

**Technical Skills**:
**Proficiency in dispatch management software and GPS tracking tools.**

**Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.**

**Preferred Skills**

Experience in fleet management.

Familiarity with local geography and routes.

Knowledge of inventory management systems.

**Work Conditions**

On-call availability to handle emergencies or urgent dispatch needs.
