- **Logistics Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch details, including delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle details.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to minimize delays and costs.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- **Tracking & Reporting**:

- Monitor real-time progress of deliveries and report any deviations from the plan.
- Generate regular reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
- Track inventory levels to avoid stockouts or delays in dispatch.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Resolve any issues related to dispatch, such as delays, route deviations, or customer complaints.
- Work with the team to address unforeseen circumstances, ensuring mínimal disruption to delivery schedules.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches, including invoices, shipping papers, and delivery receipts.
- Verify that all deliveries are made in accordance with the company’s quality standards and legal requirements.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and guide junior dispatch staff and drivers.
- Ensure efficient use of resources (vehicles, staff, etc.) for timely dispatch operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- A high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, Microsoft Office, or any relevant logistics tools.
- Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is often preferred.

**Working Conditions**:
