- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and escalate recurring issues or suggestions for improvement.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**### **Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: A strong desire to help and meet the needs of customers.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Comfortable using MS Office and customer service tools.

**### **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B or B2C customer service.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus.

**### **Salary**:

- Up to ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
