**POSITION DETAILS**:
Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a company in North Sioux City, SD in search of a Customer Service Representative. This is a fully in person, temporary position that is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of getting extended. The company itself is in the financial industry. They partner with various financial institutions to help them grow their bottom line. Additional information is below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming borrower, agent and lender calls at a professional level.
- Accurately compose written information for loan histories.
- Accurately verify, key and/or memo insurance information in relation to all CPI product types and CPI cancels.
- Follow up on and resolve customer problems or issues.
- Mentor fellow co-workers as requested by the supervisor.
- Report any system related issues.
- Correctly work Mortgage, Escrow, Commercial, Condo and Flood accounts.
- Key escrow premiums.
- Resolve difficult accounts.
- Ensure all accounts are worked in accordance to all regulations.
- Take ownership of accounts to assure further escalation does not transpire.
- Meet set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity.
- Meet and exceed quality audits and metrics.
- Review insurance policies for compliance and lender requirements.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma is required.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

**TERMS**:

- Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
- $15.50/hour
