
Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ordered on time.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for the senior management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office documentation and databases.
- Provide support in creating reports, presentations, and other office-related tasks as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and preparing reports.
- Manage communication and coordinate between internal departments and external clients/vendors.
- Monitor office processes, ensuring efficiency and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure smooth office operations and foster a positive working environment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous administrative experience or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
