**Position Overview**:
The **Onboarding and Learning Specialist** plays a critical role in ensuring new employees are effectively integrated into Frontpoint Health while supporting their long-term development. You will design, implement, and manage programs that foster employee engagement, skill enhancement, and alignment with our values of empathy, reliability, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and Deliver Onboarding Programs**:

- Create comprehensive onboarding plans to welcome new hires and help them transition smoothly into their roles.
- Design engaging materials, presentations, and training sessions that introduce company culture, policies, and procedures.

**2. Coordinate Onboarding Activities**:

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing offer documentation, setting up systems access, and arranging necessary equipment.
- Ensure a seamless experience for new employees by coordinating with IT, hiring managers, and other departments.

**3. Facilitate Learning and Development**:

- Develop and implement ongoing training programs tailored to employee roles and career progression.
- Focus on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of staff to support high-quality patient care.

**4. Provide Support and Guidance**:

- Act as the go-to resource for new hires, addressing questions and concerns related to onboarding and training.
- Offer personalized support to employees navigating their development journey within the company.

**5. Maintain and Update Training Materials**:

- Regularly review and update training content to reflect organizational changes, industry trends, and compliance standards.

**6. Collaborate Across Teams**:

- Partner with HR, clinical supervisors, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding and training experience.
- Liaise with hiring managers to tailor programs for specific departmental needs.

**7. Track and Evaluate Program Effectiveness**:

- Monitor participation in onboarding and training programs, gathering feedback from employees and managers.
- Measure the impact of initiatives on employee retention, engagement, and performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Related field; certifications in training or adult learning (e.g., ATD, SHRM) are a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in training, onboarding, or learning and development, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Expertise in designing and delivering engaging training content.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- **HR Knowledge**: Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
