is a next-generation Learning Management System (LMS) tailored for schools, colleges, training institutes, and organizations. Our goal is to deliver affordable, scalable, and user-friendly digital learning platforms. We are now expanding our outreach and are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and spearhead client acquisition.

Position Details

  • Role: Marketing Executive – LMS
  • Location: Hybrid / Remote (daily online updates mandatory)
  • Type: Full-time, Target + Incentive based
  • Reports To: Head – Marketing & Sales

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be accountable for:

Client Acquisition & Outreach

  • Identify and target schools, colleges, coaching centers, and skill development institutions across India and globally.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and on-ground networking to generate leads.
  • Schedule and deliver product demos & presentations highlighting SkyPage LMS features.
  • Convert leads into paid clients and ensure smooth onboarding.

Institution Onboarding & Target Fulfilment

  • Achieve a minimum monthly target of 5 successful institution onboardings (paid accounts).
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
  • Provide end-to-end support for institutions until LMS adoption is complete.

CRM & Reporting

  • Mandatory CRM Usage:
  • All new leads, onboarding details, and progress updates must be entered daily in the CRM.
  • Any institution onboarded or in negotiation stage should be updated without delay.
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, demos, proposals, and onboarding status.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and performance vs. target.

Daily Coordination

  • Attend daily online meetings with the management team for progress updates, strategy discussions, and issue resolution.
  • Share daily activity logs (institutions contacted, demos done, conversions).

Market Development & Feedback

  • Conduct market research to identify untapped opportunities in the education sector.
  • Gather feedback from institutions on LMS usability and suggest improvements to the product team.
  • Represent SkyPage at education fairs, conferences, and webinars (as required).

Compensation & Performance PayBase Salary

  • Fixed monthly salary (₹X, based on profile & experience).
  • Paid only if daily CRM updates and meeting participation are maintained.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7, ₹15,000.00 per month
