**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify relevant GeM tenders that align with the company’s offerings.
- Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive tender documents in compliance with GeM guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather required information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Monitor the status of submitted tenders and maintain effective communication with government officials and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in GeM policies, procedures, and trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance tender opportunities.
- Conduct post-tender analysis and gather feedback to improve future submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a role involving tender management or procurement.
- Strong understanding of the Government e-Marketplace system and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

- Knowledge of government procurement policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective partnerships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
