Our mission is to empower the next generation of learners with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a digital world. As a curriculum developers and content creators, a lot of meta data related to the content need to be handled and maintained. We are looking for data admin for the same.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update, maintain, and manage meta data for all educational content, books and projects using database management tools.
- Utilize advanced Excel and database management tools to analyze, organize, and track all educational content and related meta data.
- Conduct thorough research on various educational curricula and standards to ensure that created content aligns with the required guidelines and benchmarks.
- Generate reports or create documents using managed data to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring that all materials are accessible and user-friendly.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the database, while maintaining alignment with curriculum guidelines and standards.
- Assist in the process of content upload and oversee the organization and categorization of resources in the LMS portal.
- Assist in addressing queries and resolving issues related to portal content in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in training internal teams and stakeholders on the content upload process, content management system, and portal navigation.
- Continuously improve the content management process, ensuring seamless access of data and information related to the content.

**Key Requirements**

**Must Have**:

- 2+ years of experience in content management, data organization, and quality control, especially within K-12 educational environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and database management tools, with the ability to manage large datasets and maintain accurate records.
- Strong understanding of curriculum alignment and educational standards.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to managing large-scale content.
- Ability to analyze and improve existing processes related to content and data management.

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity with content management systems and authoring tools.
- Prior experience in working with K-12 content, lesson plans, or educational projects.
- A technical or academic background is a plus.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, data analysis, data management, Educational Technology, or a related field.
