**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Content Coordinator at Quest Coworks in Mumbai. The Web Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing web content, communication, content creation, and content management to ensure the online presence aligns with the company's objectives and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Managing the website content: Ensuring that content is up-to-date, accessible, and properly endorsed. This includes monitoring and updating static pages and analyzing links and content to ensure accuracy and ease of understanding.

2. Researching, writing, and editing content: Preparing SEO-friendly content and utilizing a bit of AI content generator tools to generate relevant keyword-rich content for the web pages.

3. Creating content schedules: Building and managing a long-term content schedule and developing newsletters.

4. Reviewing and approving content: Reviewing and approving content before publication.

5. Monitoring social media: Updating social media accounts and monitoring social media content.

6. Identifying new opportunities: Identifying new opportunities to expand the website based on business growth and adaptations based on trends.

7. Web content coordinators play an important role in shaping a company's digital strategy, making decisions that impact brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

**Qualifications**

1. Communication skills

2. Web Content Writing, Web Content Management, and Content Management skills

3. Experience in creating engaging web content

4. Knowledge of SEO and web analytics

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

6. Attention to detail and organizational skills

7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
