Role: Web Producer

A Web Producer oversees the creation, management, and optimization of web content and digital experiences. They work at the intersection of content, design, technology, and marketing, ensuring websites deliver engaging, brand-aligned, and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Content Management

  • Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
  • Publish, edit, and maintain pages, landing pages, and microsites.

2. Project & Production Management

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver web projects on time.
  • Manage production schedules, timelines, and workflows.
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.

3. User Experience (UX) & Quality Assurance

  • Optimize site layout, navigation, and design for usability and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular QA checks (links, formatting, responsiveness, SEO tags, metadata).
  • Test web pages across browsers and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.

4. SEO & Analytics

  • Implement SEO best practices (keywords, meta tags, schema, etc.).
  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM teams for optimization.
  • Track site performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and provide reports.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and marketing teams.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable web tasks.
  • Communicate status updates and progress clearly.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance site performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Research digital trends, tools, and best practices.
