About the Team

This Web Producer will join the Global Web Production team. They will closely collaborate with APJ Digital Marketing and APJ Project Managers on local and regional digital marketing projects to increase product demand and grow the sales pipeline.

About the Role

A typical day includes these activities:

  • Edit web content for product launches, events and marketing campaigns across multiple regional websites using approved pre-built templates in our CMS (AEM)
  • Create campaign landing pages ensuring accurate tracking is implemented
  • Creation of localization requests, stage and review & publish on regional websites
  • Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features and updates across the regional websites
  • Build emails, forms and nurture programs
  • Adhere to company design, accessibility, and production guidelines
  • Actively QA our sites to find typos, bugs and other areas to improve
  • Maintain other process documentation relating to our CMS.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years web production working with websites, emails and assets
  • Experience in editing and publishing content for multiple locales/regions
  • Expert knowledge of content management systems (AEM), digital asset manager (DAM) and marketing automation systems (Marketo)
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment

Other Qualifications

  • Experience with completing tasks by aligning with cross-functional leads on priority and scope
  • Excellent multitasker
  • Passion to work cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Highly organized with unfailing attention to detail
  • Excellent communication with complex technical issues in a simplified manner to non-technical audiences.
  • English language fluency both written and verbal. Multilingual (Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean) a plus.
