Content Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Content Strategist to join our publishing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating end-to-end publishing workflows, from manuscript submission to final production.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with editorial teams, authors, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform quality checks on layouts, designs, and content before release.

They will also assist in preparing content for digital and print distribution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading and editing skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination.

Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, they will maintain databases, update status reports, and track project progress effectively.

They will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend process improvements.

With a passion for books, media, and storytelling, this individual will handle correspondence with authors and external stakeholders professionally and collaboratively.
