Job Title: CMS Content Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CMS content manager to oversee and maintain our website's content. As part of our engineering team, you will work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure our website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Create, edit, and publish website content in collaboration with our content team.
  • Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the website's structure and navigation, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Image and Media Management: Upload, optimize, and manage website images and multimedia to enhance visual appeal.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve website issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align content strategy with business goals.

Requirements:

  • CMS Experience: Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore.
  • HTML and CSS: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for layout customization.
  • Content Writing: Ability to write clear and concise content that resonates with our audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensures high-quality content delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently, prioritizing solutions over problems.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and tools, embracing change as an opportunity for growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and techniques to drive organic traffic.
  • Design Skills: Basic design skills to create visually appealing content that enhances user experience.
  • Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP) for automation and efficiency.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time, permanent position within our Engineering - Software & QA department. You will be working on-site in a collaborative environment with a dynamic team.

Education:
