We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer / QC Specialist to join our dynamic content team. This role combines high-level content creation with a critical eye for quality control, ensuring all deliverables meet editorial, SEO, and strategic standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Strategy

  1. Create engaging, original content optimized for search engines, answer engines, and geographic targeting
  2. Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs
  3. Collaborate with SEO and strategy teams to align content with keyword research, user intent, and search trends
  4. Utilize AI tools responsibly to augment content ideation and drafting

Quality Control (QC)

  1. Review, edit, and proofread content created by junior writers to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy
  2. Enforce content guidelines, brand tone, and best practices
  3. Conduct SEO and readability audits using tools like Grammarly, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog

Team Leadership & Coordination

  1. Mentor and train junior writers and editors
  2. Manage task distribution, deadlines, and review cycles for the content team
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, marketing, design, and development teams

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2–4 years of experience in content writing, SEO content strategy, or content marketing
  • Proven experience in SEO-driven content and quality control/editorial roles
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, AEO, and GEO SEO strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
