Job Title: Learning Experience Creator
As a Learning Experience Creator, you will play a vital role in designing and developing technical learning solutions. Our organization prioritizes a people-first approach, fostering a culture focused on individual growth, well-being, and belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior developers to design and develop engaging eLearning content using PowerPoint storyboards.
  • Manage small course update projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop interactive training materials using tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Rise.
  • Produce high-quality learning assets, including video tutorials, technical walkthroughs, animations, classroom training, and self-paced labs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
  • Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical topics.
  • Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM and an understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of networking or software development concepts.
  • Experience creating technical training or online learning content.
