E-Learning Platform Administrator and Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance, development, and expansion of our e-learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and driving feature enhancements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • LMS Administration: Configure workflow, business rules, and permission management to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Content Development: Create and organize engaging training materials, ensuring high learning retention rates and consistent content quality.
  • User Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to external customers and internal teams, addressing any issues related to the LMS.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the evolution of the platform, evaluating new solutions to enhance user value and experiences.
  • System Maintenance: Stay updated on platform upgrades and updates, adjusting configurations as needed to maximize learner benefits.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior 3+ years' experience managing an LMS, preferably Docebo.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues.
  • Experience with data integrations between systems (Workato, Docebo Connect, Webhooks, APIs, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting reports and developing proposals for improvement.
  • Experience with video and audio editing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing online training content.
