How You Will Contribute:

Join our Learning team as a Technical Learning Developer and help us deliver cutting-edge training content for Blue Planet network management software. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with 2+ years of experience to grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced, and innovative environment.

  • Assist senior developers in designing and developing technical learning solutions.

  • Manage small course update projects with precision and attention to detail.

  • Create PowerPoint storyboards that serve as the foundation for engaging eLearning content.

  • Develop interactive training materials using tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Rise.

  • Produce high-quality learning assets, including video tutorials, technical walkthroughs, animations, classroom training, and self-paced labs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Blue Planet standards.

The Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.

  • Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical topics.

  • Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM and an understanding of adult learning principles.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of networking or software development concepts.

  • Experience creating technical training or online learning content.

  • A collaborative mindset to thrive in a global team environment.

  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
