Job description Stantec is a global leader in sustainable engineering architecture and environmental consulting The diverse perspectives of our partners and interested parties drive us to think beyond whats previously been done on critical issues like climate change digital transformation and future-proofing our cities and infrastructure We innovate at the intersection of community creativity and client relationships to advance communities everywhere so that together we can redefine whats possible The Stantec community unites approximately 32 000 employees working in over 450 locations across 6 continents Purpose of JobThis role focuses on planning developing and delivering training and development activities aligned with global strategy and business needs with a specific focus on the Pune office Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis coordinating courses and initiatives facilitating training sessions and organising team-building activities to enhance collaboration and engagement across teams The role also involves designing delivering and evaluating Learning Talent Development programs ensuring content both face-to-face and online remains current and relevant to business needs Working closely with the Learning and Talent Development Manager this position helps develop targeted programs to address identified skill gaps while supporting the implementation of global initiatives as needed Key Accountabilities Learning Organisational DevelopmentProvide expert guidance to identify and implement learning solutions aligned with business needs Plan design and facilitate courses training activities and team-building workshops Support the design and delivery of technical learning in collaboration with key stakeholders Work with the AP L D team to support the Graduate Development Program including graduate workshops evaluation and continuous improvement Design facilitate and support Leadership Development programs Coordinate learning and development program logistics to ensure seamless delivery Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and reporting on return on investment Manage learning and development communications to ensure visibility and engagement Assist with course uploads participant tracking and reporting in TalentHub LMS to support the AP L D team during peak periods CompanySupport Global Talent Organisational Development projects as requiredComplete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with the Stantec Quality Safety Environment Systems and Project Quality ProceduresOther duties as reasonably requiredQualification MBA HRExperience 12 Years of experience in Learning and development as facilitator of learning journeys workshops Fluent in English and local language Other languages are welcomeCaring and Inclusive Customer Focus Always Learning DisciplinedPassion for teaching people Collaborative mindset Excellent presentation skills familiarity and knowledge of the Learning arena current methodologies and trends Primary Location India PuneOrganization Stantec IN Business UnitEmployee Status RegularJob Level NonmanagerTravel NoSchedule Full timeJob Posting 05 05 2025 08 05 31Req ID 1000891
