Senior Subject Content Manager

This is a senior-level role in content management and creation responsible for developing and managing large-scale subject matter expertise panels, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver projects and meet organization requirements.

Years of Experience :: 8 to 10

Responsibilities:

  • Developing quality subject matter expertise panels for assessments
  • Content Creation - Developing questions in English/Hindi/other languages;
  • Question Bank Management: Designing and structuring question banks, setting quality standards for writing and reviewing items;
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects;
  • SME Management: Defining selection criteria and strategies; monitoring SME performance and quality;
  • Training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects;
  • Extensive coordination with SMEs for all test development activities;
  • Test Designing: Creating test designs in areas of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects;
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets;
  • Supporting lead subject administrators in delivering projects and meeting organization requirements;
  • Post-exam analysis, reporting to higher management.

Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to the 12th level as per NCERT syllabus;
  • Broader understanding of education systems and NCERT/CBSE/boards;
  • Experience working in education sectors related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development;
  • Good command over English both written and spoken;
  • Good command over spoken Hindi;
