We are looking for a **Content Creator/ Strategist & Event Coordinator** who has experience in creating content for branding and digital marketing, and an ability to stay up to date with the latest trends. He/she will be responsible for creating, and improving content across all our businesses.
The role will include generating content for social media and improving social media interaction by ideating on creative concepts and campaigns, driving engagement, creating content calendars etc.
The Content Strategist will work closely with the rest of the team to achieve overall marketing goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create social media strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Content Strategy: Plan and execute video content that aligns with the brand’s voice and vision, from ideation to final execution.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with external and internal agencies for seamless delivery.
- Content Calendar: Manage schedules to ensure timely uploads.
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars, ensuring engaging and consistent posting.
- Create visually appealing and relevant posts, reels, stories, and videos tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- Oversee daily social media activity, including monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and addressing queries.
- Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by creating meaningful conversations and social media campaigns.
- Edit/proofread and quality check content
- Develop creative concepts for digital media, including social media creatives (This includes copy for creatives, infographics, and captions for social media)
- Develop authentic social media campaigns
- Create content for other social media collaterals as and when needed
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure creatives are based on the brief and lead to online engagement
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, decorators, etc as and when the requirement arises
Required:
- Experience in shooting and editing reels and similar content pieces is a plus.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a social media executive or content creator.
- Familiarity with F&B Brands and content.
- Strong creative thinker with a knack for conceptualising content that resonates with audiences and aligns with the brand.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Energetic, self-driven, and proactive with a passion for creating impactful content.
- A strong sense of humor, positivity, and a love for bringing fun energy to everything you do.
- Must be based in Pune.
