**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Greeting and Service**:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure that all guest preferences (dietary restrictions, special requests, etc.) are recorded and communicated to relevant staff.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or complaints.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Ensure guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their dining experience.
- **Reservation Management**:
- Manage reservations and seating plans using the restaurant’s reservation system.
- Confirm and follow up on reservations in advance to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and adjust seating arrangements for efficient table turnover.
- **Special Occasions & VIP Service**:
- Coordinate and execute special arrangements for guests celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions.
- Provide personalized attention to VIPs, regular guests, and high-profile customers, ensuring they have a bespoke dining experience.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate guest preferences, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen and service team.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the front of house and back of house teams to ensure smooth service.
- **Quality Control**:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front-of-house area, including the reception desk and waiting areas.
- Monitor the overall dining environment and atmosphere, ensuring it aligns with the restaurant's standards of quality.
- **Guest Feedback and Reporting**:
- Collect feedback from guests on their dining experience through surveys, direct interactions, or follow-up calls.
- Report guest concerns or suggestions to management for continuous improvement.
- Assist with gathering online reviews and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation on social media and review platforms.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist with training new guest relations staff or interns as required.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest interactions, and feedback.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to guest service, including updating guest preference profiles.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
