**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
Attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally, including answering any inquiries related to the menu, dining experience, and special requests.
- **Reservations Management**:
Handle reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure seating arrangements are coordinated to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests, and provide personalized experiences tailored to each guest.
Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution with the utmost professionalism.
- **Coordination with Front-of-House and Back-of-House**:
Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service flow.
Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, or guest preferences to relevant departments.
- **Guest Feedback and Reporting**:
Actively seek feedback from guests and monitor satisfaction levels, ensuring that feedback is documented and communicated to management for continuous improvement.
Assist in gathering guest reviews and testimonials for marketing purposes.
- **Maintain the Guest Database**:
Keep a detailed and updated record of frequent guests, preferences, and special occasions to provide personalized services during future visits.
Ensure that all guest details and reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
- **Promotions and Upselling**:
Promote special events, menu items, and new offerings to guests.
Upsell relevant services or products where appropriate, contributing to restaurant sales and enhancing the guest experience.
- **Event Assistance**:
Provide support for private events or special occasions, ensuring that the event requirements are met, and the guest experience exceeds expectations.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:
Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of guests and staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
