**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Interaction**:
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their dining experience. Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a calm and courteous manner, ensuring every issue is addressed quickly and efficiently. Continuously monitor guest satisfaction during and after their visit.
- **Reservations Management**:
Oversee the reservation system, ensuring that all reservations are accurately logged, and maintain communication with guests regarding bookings and special requests.
- **Feedback Collection**:
Encourage feedback from guests and collect surveys to identify areas for improvement. Analyze guest feedback to implement necessary changes to enhance service quality.
- **Guest Relations**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs, ensuring personalized attention and service. Take note of guests' preferences and special requirements to deliver tailored experiences.
- **Event Support**:
Assist with organizing and executing special events, promotions, and private functions in the restaurant. Ensure the seamless coordination of all guest-related event requirements.
- **Staff Coordination**:
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience align with guest expectations.
- **Ambiance Management**:
Ensure that the restaurant environment is welcoming, comfortable, and clean, paying attention to lighting, music, and overall aesthetics to create an inviting atmosphere.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal events to guests.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
