**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you will directly contribute to our lead generation efforts. Your goal will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our development services, helping us expand our footprint in GCC market.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Experienced Field Sales guy with a passion for sales, marketing, or business development.
- Must have experience with selling the IT Services to GCC’s.
- At least 1 yr of experience in selling IT Staffing Services.
- Good hands on experience in vendor and panel interaction.
- Responsible for bringing the leads and position on the table.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to research and identify prospects effectively using online resources.
- Experience in lead generation or sales and Contract Staffing.
- Experience in Field sales to generate the leads and interacting with them directly.
**Compensation**:
4.8LPA+ Incentive specifically on the number of qualified leads generated.
