
Customer Service Executive

**We are looking for Customer Care Executive for our Koramangala operations.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized assistance.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, pricing, and policies.
- Offer recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their concerns.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or management for further assistance.
- Assist sales representatives by providing product knowledge and answering customer questions.
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales opportunities.
- Generate leads and referrals by building strong customer relationships.
- Manage Inventory and accurate tracking sales and restocking merchandise.
- Handle administrative duties such as processing transactions, maintain accurate records,
manage orders and shipment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, sales representatives, and management to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote and execute promotional events and Campaigns
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication (**Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu & Malayalam**) and interpersonal skills.
- Educational background - Graduation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in schedule including evening and weekends.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale software and inventory management system.
