We invite you to join 50+ Voyagers Travel and Adventure Club Pvt Ltd, a 12 years old company established exclusively to serve 50+ age group on travel and enrichment. We are India's first and fastest growing travel start-up, specialized in organizing domestic and international group tours for senior citizens. We conduct packaged / fixed departure group tours across India and abroad and have been featured in different news media and channels including Economic Times, Times Of India, Deccan Herald, The Hindu.
We are looking for passionate, efficient and confident Travel Consultant /Customer Service Executive who would be part of our core team based out of office at Koramangala 1st Block
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to tour package inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Explain the travel destination and email tour package detail and do timely follow up to ensure closer.
- Coordinate with clients for booking, payment, flight/visa/insurance as required.
- Built relationship and confidence with regular clients.
- Contribute in knowledge base and sales/marketing material development.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring accurate and consistent communication with customers.
Skills Required
- 1 to 5 year experience in handling customer inquiries.
- Good Knowledge in tour destination within India and International
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills in English, Hindi and any local southern India language.
- Good typing speed and knowledge in Microsoft Office Products - Outlook/Word/Excel
- Good in calculation, costing/estimation, attention to accuracy.
- Have basic common sense and presence of mind to handle day to day work
- Good persuasive skill and negotiation skills.
- Self driven and self motivated to research on destinations, new tours packages , competitor analysis and market trends.
- Have passion for sales and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400, ₹550,000.00 per year
