Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in the field to promote and sell our products and services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry in our systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Skills

  • Proven experience in upselling techniques and a strong understanding of customer needs analysis.
