Client Relationship Executive

A Client Relationship Executive in the photoshoot and creative services industry is responsible for managing client interactions, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to project completion. They act as the main point of contact between clients and the creative team, helping to understand client needs, present service options, and maintain long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about photoshoot packages and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Gather client feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with customer service focus.
- Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of photography, fashion, or creative production is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
