We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Executives/Customer Delight Executives.** In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued property owners and tenants, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Problem-Solving**: Understand and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring all concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in customer service preferred; freshers with a passion for customer service are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk or similar CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
