**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Resolve escalated and complex customer concerns effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer service metrics and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on company services and policies to provide accurate assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused, proactive attitude.
