**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive / Customer Delight Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the ultimate problem solver, communicator, and satisfaction driver, serving as a vital bridge between clients, tenants, and our internal departments.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Master the art of Freshdesk and excel in managing customer support inquiries like a pro.
- Collaborate with clients and tenants to resolve their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Employ exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create memorable and delightful customer interactions.
- Address and resolve customer issues in record time, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, fostering strong relationships and promoting harmony.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Higher secondary education (12th pass) or graduation.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- **Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a customer-first mindset.
