The Showroom Sales Executive in the automobile industry is responsible for driving sales directly in the showroom by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles. This role involves product presentation, customer engagement, negotiations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial contact to final purchase. The Showroom Sales Executive also plays a key role in maintaining the showroom's appearance and inventory, meeting sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Engagement and Sales:

- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assess their needs.
- Provide detailed information on available automobile models, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, explaining features, specifications, and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, offers, and terms to close sales deals.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the showroom management. o Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and campaigns to drive showroom traffic and sales.

3. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers.
- Follow up with customers after their visit to answer questions and provide additional information.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, assisting customers with their post-purchase needs, including service appointments or vehicle delivery.

4. Negotiations and Closing Sales:

- Handle negotiations professionally, ensuring that both the dealership’s and customers' needs are met.
- Close deals by finalizing terms, facilitating paperwork, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
- Work closely with the finance and insurance department to offer tailored financing and insurance solutions to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry or retail environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
