Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Pre Sales cum Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at our Sarjapur Road, Dommasandra location. In this role, you will engage with customers both in the showroom and during the pre-sales process, providing expert guidance on our innovative space-saving furniture and interior design solutions. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, educating customers about our product features, and driving sales through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations tailored to their requirements.

Pre Sales Support:
Explain product features, design benefits, and innovative space-saving solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase functionality and design aesthetics.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and design solutions in collaboration with the sales team.

Sales & Relationship Building:
Follow up with potential leads generated through showroom visits or external inquiries.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate professionals.

Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.

Showroom Management:
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and updated with current product displays.

Coordinate with the marketing team for showroom events, new product launches, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
0-2 years in sales, pre-sales, or customer service roles.

Prior exposure to the architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate sectors is an advantage.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A keen interest in interior design and space-saving furniture solutions.

Willingness to engage in field visits and build relationships with industry professionals.
