**Job Description: Sales Executive (Work from Office)**

**Location**: Church Street, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560061
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Work from Office

**Salary & Compensation**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹20,000 per month (for achieving 5 sales/month).
- **Commission**: From the **6th sale onwards - ₹5,000 commission per sale**.
- **Additional Incentives**: By yearly and yearly performance rewards.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The role involves handling **outbound and inbound sales calls, outreach activities, and client engagement** to achieve monthly sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Increases sales and helps the business reach its goals.
- Increases chances of closing deals and improves customer relationships.
- Monitors performance and helps improve sales strategies.
- Helps turn more leads into sales, which increases revenue.
- Encouraging customers to purchase additional or upgraded products.
- Attending training sessions to learn new skills and techniques.
- Regular meetings with team members to discuss strategies.
- Create tailored proposals to meet client needs.
- Ensures all sales resources are up-to-date and easily accessible, helping the team work more effectively.
- Keeps all records organized, making it easy to track customer interactions and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- MBA is preferred
- Prior experience in **sales / telesales / outbound calling / inbound sales / lead generation**.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, handling CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
