**What you bring**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

**What you will be doing**:

- 3-8 years experience in Application Support - Unix, SQL, Shell Script,Open Shift
- This position is to provide 24x7 support as part of Production Support Team Shifts - 24x7 Rotational shifts
- Secondary Skill Set : IST Switch / any Switch / Payments Product Knowledge and Batch Processing
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekend.
