We are seeking an experienced professional with experience on Application Support (L2 Support) to design, implement, and optimize solutions with specific to Payments domain.

• Role: Application Support (L2 support)
• Location: Bangalore
• Experience: 4 to 7 Years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• You will design, develop and maintain high-performance applications using Application Support.
• You will revamp the legacy lending system, ensuring platformization, extensibility, testability, and scalability as foundational principles.
• You will engage with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, skillfully managing ambiguity throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will collaborate with vendors to integrate lending system with their offerings.
• You will work closely with client's cross-functional teams, including product and business teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specification.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• You should have 4-7 yrs of hands-on industry experience in building distributed systems to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Proven experience in application support engineering, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes environments.
• Proven experience in giving support for Microservices based application
• Good understanding of Google cloud platform & services
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing monitoring solutions (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) for applications and infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze logs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Good knowledge of Java and Angular
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Experience in Shell and Python scripting.
