**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our dynamic customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-oriented company. The intern will support our customer service team by answering buyer queries, handling return requests, and ensuring that customers' concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in handling return requests, ensuring that customers' concerns are managed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customers with clear, helpful, and solution-oriented responses.
- Assist with escalating complex issues to the senior customer service team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service records and reports.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Support the overall customer experience efforts and improve customer service processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
