**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the site help desk and serve as the primary point of contact for residents.
- Receive, record, and assign complaints or service requests through the ticketing/register system.
- Coordinate with facility management teams (housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain daily records of complaints received, actions taken, and closure reports.
- Provide prompt updates to residents regarding the status of their requests or complaints.
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
- Support the Facility Manager with administrative tasks, notices, reports, and resident communication.
- Maintain visitor and vendor records if required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of help desk activities.
- Ensure a high level of resident satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
