Helpdesk Coordinators:
- Graduate/ Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience and ITIL knowledge
- Single point of contact for all users of State Data Center
- Receive incident related communication on phone, mail, and web interface
- Validate the incident with relevant details and generate trouble ticket
- Assign the trouble tickets to relevant engineer or specialist for resolution
- Initiate spare request with OEMs for replacement of failed RMA- Follow-up with respective OEM / onsite engineers for incident closure
- Update incident records upon resolution
- Update asset database based on spare/RMA movement
- Provide information to Support engineers to update knowledgebase
- Escalate unresolved incidents to respective specialists and project manager
- Generate necessary reports for review
- Generate OEM performance review
- Will have 2 in handling CA Help Desk package
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
