
Training Coordination and Scheduling CRM

**Key Responsibilities:1. Training Coordination**
- Coordinate training schedules between trainers, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage session logistics such as platform setup (Zoom, Teams, LMS, etc.), calendars, and invites.
- Ensure training prerequisites (labs, credentials, materials) are shared in advance.
**2. CRM & Documentation**
- Maintain up-to-date training records in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track attendee lists, feedback, trainer allocation, and course completion.
- Monitor leads from sales and ensure training sessions are aligned with sales commitments.
**3. Trainer Management**
- Allocate certified trainers based on course requirements and availability.
- Track trainer certifications, renewal dates, and performance feedback.
- Follow up with trainers for session reports, timesheets, and evaluations.
**4. Stakeholder Communication**
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and learners regarding training schedules.
- Share joining instructions, reminders, and post-training follow-ups.
- Escalate delays or challenges to relevant stakeholders.
**5. Reporting & Improvement**
- Generate weekly/monthly training reports (attendance, feedback, issues).
- Analyze training data to suggest process or scheduling improvements.
- Coordinate internal KT sessions for new team members.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,248.47 - ₹37,308.93 per month
