**Description**
We are currently seeking a Placement and Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Placement and Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing, designing and implementing training programs for our Students. With your strong organizational and communication skills, you will ensure that all training and placement initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Outreach**
- Establishing connections with companies based on similarities in field of operations or their location.
- Analysing companies through various forums to establish the credibility of the company.
**2. Data Management**
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and database management software.
- Collecting, Analysing, and organizing placement data
- Providing reports to administration
- Maintaining confidential information
- Student Data Management through CRM
- Maintaining Data for various Academic Audits.
**3. Training Coordination**
- Suggest & implement training programs, including content creation, scheduling, and delivery.
- Coordinate training logistics, such as booking venues, arranging travel accommodations, and coordinating with seniors.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, participation, and evaluation data.
- Provide support and guidance to senior trainers, staff and participants during training sessions
**4. Team Management**
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in managing a team is desirable.
**5. Drive Coordination**
- Your role may involve organizing Drives, Pool Drives, and other occasions that unite employers and students, which requires seamless coordination with various departments within your institution.
- Contact with the HR who represent the company and work along with them throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing career guidance to students, assist students to help them identify job opportunities aligned with their interests and abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good PPT presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other training software
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
