Training & Placement Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to support our Placement activities. The role involves generating leads, scheduling visits, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing communication with students, recruiters, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and establish new industry contacts for placement opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct visits to companies, institutions, and industry partners.
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with recruiters, HR managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate placement drives, training sessions, and related logistics.
  • Maintain and update records of company interactions, placement opportunities, and student participation.
  • Provide regular updates to the T&P Head/Management on progress and outcomes.
  • Support students in placement-related queries and ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Management background preferred) with 5-8 Years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in Student Placements including Lead generation, corporate relations, or coordination roles will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel locally within Bengaluru for visits/meetings.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented

Work Location: Bengaluru (with field visits as required).
