About Role:

The Placement Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industries, companies, and organizations to ensure successful student placement. They organize placement drives, internships, and career-related workshops while preparing students for recruitment processes through training, counseling, and mentoring.

KeyResponsibilities:

➢
Industry Liaison:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry leaders for internships and final placements.

➢
Placement Drives:
Plan, coordinate, and conduct campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and on/off-campus interviews.

➢
Student Preparation:
Organize training sessions in aptitude, soft skills, resume writing, group discussions, and interview techniques.

➢
Data Management:
Maintain and update student placement records, company databases, and recruiter feedback systematically.

➢
Internship Coordination:
Facilitate and monitor internships, ensuring alignment with academic goals and industry requirements.

➢
Reporting:
Prepare placement reports, metrics, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. ➢
Alumni Relations:
Engage alumni for mentoring, networking, and possible recruitment pportunities.

➢
Compliance & Documentation:
 Ensure proper documentation of placement offers, MoUs with companies, and student consentforms

Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field.

➢ Prior experience in placement coordination, career services, or corporate HR (preferred).

➢ Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

➢ Proficiency in MS Office, data management, and communication tools.

➢ Excellent written and verbal communication.
