About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections, coordinating placement activities, and guiding students towards successful career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements and internships.
  • Coordinate campus placement activities and recruitment drives.
  • Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and soft-skill sessions.
  • Maintain placement data, generate reports, and track student progress.
  • Collaborate with academic and training teams to align student skills with industry requirements.
  • Handle communication with recruiters, students, and faculty members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet placement targets.
