Placement Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Placement Officer to lead and manage the placement activities at our engineering college. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with industry professionals, a proven track record in driving campus recruitment, and the ability to prepare students for career opportunities in top organizations.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with companies to facilitate job placements for students.
· Conduct workshops and training sessions to prepare students for interviews and job applications.
· Coordinate placement drives and job fairs on campus.
· Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
· Design and implement effective placement strategies to achieve high placement ratios.
· Build strong industry connections with HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in placement or corporate relations within an academic institution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends, recruitment processes, and student career guidance.
Ability to handle placement data analysis and present strategic insights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
