Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute plans to improve placement rates and employer engagement.
  • Industry Networking : Build long-term relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to secure job opportunities.
  • Event Coordination : Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and pre-placement talks.
  • Career Counseling : Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career choices.
  • Team Leadership : Mentor junior placement officers and coordinate with faculty and student volunteers.
  • Data Management : Track placement statistics, prepare reports, and analyze trends to improve outcomes.

Campus-Specific Duties

  • Coordinates interview schedules and logistics.
  • Facilitates interactions between students and recruiters.
  • Manages appointment letters and acceptance tracking.
