Role & responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in overseas education, including changes in admission requirements, visa processes, and educational programs.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring that follow-ups are conducted, and all communication is logged accurately.

Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of the overseas education sector and improve customer service skills.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required. A degree in education, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent service and a willingness to go the extra mile for students and their families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹1.50 - ₹2.00 per year
