**Job Description** Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve EHR-related issues efficiently
- Document client interactions and solutions in the support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Assist in training clients on EHR features and updates

**Qualifications**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EHR or healthcare IT support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows is a plus
- Experience with EHR systems is preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
