Guest Relation Executive

**Greeting and Seating Guests**: Welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant, and escorting them to their tables.
**Managing Reservations**: Taking and confirming reservations over the phone or through online platforms, and ensuring accurate seating arrangements.
**Coordinating with Servers and Kitchen Staff**: Communicating effectively with the restaurant's service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and timely seating.
**Providing Information**: Answering inquiries about the restaurant's menu, specials, and services, and providing recommendations when requested.
**Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keeping the hostess station and waiting area clean and organized, and ensuring the dining area is prepared for guests.
**Handling Guest Concerns**: Addressing guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
**Assisting with Special Events**: Supporting the coordination of special events or private dining arrangements, including setup and guest management.
**Following Safety Protocols**: Adhering to health and safety regulations, including maintaining social distancing guidelines and sanitization protocols.
**Cash Handling (if applicable)**: Managing cash transactions for guest payments and processing credit card payments accurately.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with other front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service and enhance the overall dining experience.
